Is every core feature really $49/month?
Yes. The app subscription is $49 USD per month for one company, with every core feature and no per-driver or per-container subscription charges. Optional SMS provider charges are separate.
Can customers book online?
Customers can request a container and dates through your booking page. The app checks current inventory; you accept the request to reserve a container and confirm the details. Online requests do not hold inventory before acceptance.
Does it handle overweight and extra-day charges?
Yes. Rate cards define included days and tons, plus additional-day and additional-ton prices. The rental keeps its original rate snapshot. Record scale tickets and complete the rental to create a final invoice.
Can drivers use it on a phone?
Yes. Drivers use a responsive web app with assigned rentals, placement instructions, directions, photos and delivery or pickup confirmation. Internet access is required; there is no native or offline app.
Does it replace truck navigation or accounting software?
It provides a dispatch list, a nearest-stop suggestion based on saved coordinates and links to directions. It does not provide truck-restricted navigation, GPS hardware tracking or automated regulatory tax filing. For your books, QuickBooks Online is included: send invoices to your own QuickBooks company, and payments follow. CSV exports cover everything else.
Can I bring my customers and take my data with me?
Yes. Customer CSV import includes a preview and duplicate handling. Rental and report CSV exports are included. Every change is backed up off-site within seconds, restorable to any moment in the last 30 days.

Use Help & Support inside the app or the contact form on the sign-in page. Support remains accessible if your trial has ended.
