DumpsterPilot and Bin Boss
Bin Boss’s FAQ lists $99/month with two drivers, $50/month for each extra driver, and a one-time $99 setup fee.
Choose around your daily work
Bin Boss advertises features including QuickBooks integration and a driver app. DumpsterPilot includes its own mobile web worklists with no per-driver subscription fee. Native QuickBooks sync is not included.
What the $49 plan includes
Container inventory, rental reservations, dispatch worklists, scale tickets, extra-day and extra-ton calculations, contractor rates, final invoices, booking requests, customer portals and business tools.
Where the scope differs
DumpsterPilot’s booking workflow requires operator acceptance. Drivers need an internet connection. Route suggestions do not account for truck restrictions or disposal detours. There is no claim of complete enterprise feature parity.
