DumpsterPilot and Spreadsheets
A spreadsheet can be a sensible starting point for a small rental yard. The challenge is keeping reservations, physical availability and billing consistent as more people update the operation.
Choose around your daily work
DumpsterPilot validates container conflicts at reservation time and records rental events centrally. A spreadsheet remains flexible and cheap, but your team must maintain those rules themselves.
What the $49 plan includes
Container inventory, rental reservations, dispatch worklists, scale tickets, extra-day and extra-ton calculations, contractor rates, final invoices, booking requests, customer portals and business tools.
Where the scope differs
DumpsterPilot’s booking workflow requires operator acceptance. Drivers need an internet connection. Route suggestions do not account for truck restrictions or disposal detours. There is no claim of complete enterprise feature parity.
